A rich tapestry of background skills and experience, applied to the design and production of all training products, weaves a tight concise communications or training program. All are custom tailored to your needs and the resources at hand.
Brian Harper, M.Sc., Ph.D.
Our Director of Training Design and Evaluation, works with clients to design, the "Got A Minute" implementation, the training videos, the evaluation programs and communications sequences.
A long standing interest in the process underlying learning and change in, individuals, systems and organizations, has
included research in these areas and a unique "interdisciplinary" doctoral degree in 1989. For the past 25 years he has
continued this work, applying his skills as a Executive Director, a teacher, a consultant and a clinical psychologist.

Grace Gilroy
Our Director of Video Production, works with clients to craft clear professional
video 1 minute productions.
Grace has over 35 years of film industry experience, as manager, producer and production manager
on more than 50 feature films and television productions, with budgets up to 75 million.
She is currently an officer of the Directors Guild of Canada, an organization that credits Grace
as a founding member. She has also been a member of the federal government's Film Advisory Board
on Foreign Production.
Grace began her career in the educational television environment with Access Television and gained
experience through all parts of production. She is now working in the genres of television, feature
film and new media platforms.

Jacquie Wechselberger
Jacquie has garnered an international reputation as a trusted and respected
Film Production Accountant on major American Studio films and independent Canadian productions
since starting her career in 1988. Working with the producer, production manager and writers,
she oversees all the financial aspects of production. She has traveled throughout the world,
working in several countries and cultures. She brings with her a resulting depth of character
skills and management skills.

Catherine Middleton
Catherine came into the film industry 17 years ago, after receiving her
Bachelor or Education and then spending 5 years as a teacher for a Public School Board. She
worked as an Assistant Director engaged on numerous US and Canadian film and television
productions. In 1997 Catherine took on labour relations issues and business affairs duties
with the Directors Guild of Canada eventually moving to the Senior BA position. She had the
opportunity to negotiate the first multi-jurisdiction Labour Agreement for the DGC with the
Canadian Producers Association.

Alex Danny
Recognizing the looming pervasiveness of small computer system in the
early 1980’s, Alex used his technology background, coupled with sound economic principles,
and has stayed just behind the bleeding edge of tomorrow’s technology, to operate a suite
of successful technology oriented service businesses. One of those businesses has rented cell
and satellite phones, from all major carriers, across Canada, since just before the Gulf War
in 1989. Providing travelers, project managers and emergency users with immediate communications,
internet access, gps instructions and translation services, through offices and agents in
Canadian cites provides the foundation to deliver these 1minute.ca superior services wirelessly.
